HANGZHOU, China — From September 7–11, Sunon welcomed global dealers from multiple countries across five continents to its headquarters in Hangzhou for Sunon Campus 2026, its annual global dealer training program. Now in its third year, the five-day program brought together partners for professional learning, market exchange and cultural discovery, while strengthening the knowledge and capabilities that support Sunon’s customers around the world.
Led by Cindy Shi, Managing Director of Sunon International Business Division, Sunon Campus 2026 was developed in collaboration with Sunon’s Training Center and key business teams to address the evolving needs of global markets. The program was comprehensively updated across its curriculum, instructors and learning content.

Building on core courses covering Product Portfolio, Workplace Solutions and CET, this year’s program introduced new practical modules in AI Applications, Digital Operations Management and High-Value Marketing. The expanded curriculum reflects the rapid evolution of the workplace industry and gives partners practical perspectives and tools to strengthen customer engagement, operational efficiency and business development in their local markets.
The program brought together an international team of trainers and business leaders with first-hand experience in markets including the United States, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Pakistan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Through real-world cases and interactive discussions, participants explored channel development, market expansion, customer engagement and digital operations, while sharing insights from their own markets.

This two-way exchange was central to the Sunon Campus experience. Dealers brought local knowledge, customer perspectives and market challenges to the discussion, while gaining insights from peers and Sunon teams across different regions. The result was a collaborative learning environment where global expertise and local market understanding could inform one another.
The program also gave partners a closer look at Sunon’s capabilities. During their visit to the Hangzhou headquarters, participants explored the company’s product portfolio, workplace solutions and manufacturing capabilities, gaining first-hand insight into the expertise and resources behind the Sunon brand. Beyond the business program, cultural experiences around West Lake, the Grand Canal and OōEli introduced participants to Hangzhou’s distinctive blend of heritage, design and contemporary innovation.

Speaking to partners at Sunon Campus 2026, Chairman Ni Liangzheng underscored Sunon’s long-term commitment to the markets it serves. He spoke about the importance of quality, innovation and customer value, and of building trusted partnerships that grow with local markets. The program also recognized dealers and teams whose engagement and performance stood out throughout the week.

For Sunon, developing its global dealer network is an ongoing commitment—not a one-time initiative. Through Sunon Campus and other partner programs, the company will continue to share product expertise, market knowledge, digital capabilities and business resources with partners worldwide, helping them respond to local market needs and create greater value for customers.
Sunon Campus 2026 marks another step in building a more connected global partner network—bringing together knowledge, experience and ideas to shape better workplaces around the world.
