On Wednesday, May 29, we are thrilled to have hosted nearly 300 distinguished guests: Iván Rivas Rodríguez, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Economy of Nuevo León; Ni Liangzheng, Founder and Chairman of Sunon Group; Cindy Shi, Managing Director of International Business Division; Sunon Pan-American Market Dealers, renowned designers from North America and Europe, and other friends from Chinese enterprises. Together, we celebrated the opening ceremony of our Mexico base.
Sunon Mexico Manufacturing Base is located in Hofusan Industrial Park, Monterrey. This is Sunon’s sixth base, it covers about 878,000 Sq.ft.
Sunon Mexico Base marks a significant step in Sunon’s global expansion. Most of our melamine furniture and seating will now be produced here. We plan to produce no fewer than 1.5 million seating units and over half a million workstation and desk systems per year. The lead time will be 4 to 8 weeks, with some of our standard seating even deliverable within 15 days.
