Hattha Bank Headquarters, Phnom Penh

In Cambodia’s rapidly transforming banking sector, Hattha Bank is setting a new standard not only in digital finance, but also in how the workspace supports organizational agility, employee wellbeing, and brand transformation.

As the bank shifted into its new role as a fully licensed commercial institution, it saw its new headquarters not merely as a place to work, but as a strategic asset. With 22 floors and over 14,569 square meters of space, the building had to balance scale with fluidity and function with clarity.

Sunon partnered with Hattha Bank to deliver a complete workspace solution that would bring this vision to life — from open-plan task areas to executive suites. Our approach was rooted in three principles: spatial clarity, ergonomic intelligence, and organizational coherence.

To bring structure and flow to this large-scale environment, Sunon applied the LIDO system across open-plan work areas. Its modular layout made it easy to define team zones without rigid barriers, supporting collaboration while preserving spatial clarity. The result is a workplace that feels cohesive, adaptable, and ready to evolve with the organization.

The Iron task chair complements the workspace with its minimalist profile and adaptive support. Designed for comfort across long hours, it integrates seamlessly into a variety of zones, from focused individual stations to collaborative spaces, enhancing both mobility and day-to-day wellbeing without visual heaviness.

In executive offices, the presence of Larry helps shape a sense of order, focus, and authority. The space feels composed and intentional, reflecting leadership values through its layout, material restraint, and spatial clarity. It’s a quiet yet powerful environment, where decisions are made and direction is set.

Beyond the products, the project exemplified integrated delivery. From early showroom collaboration to on-site installation support in Phnom Penh, Sunon worked seamlessly with Hattha Bank, its contractor, and local partner RS Residence to ensure that every layer of the solution, from furniture selection to logistics execution was aligned and accountable.

Today, Hattha Bank’s headquarters is more than a functional workplace. It is a spatial expression of trust, clarity, and transformation — qualities that define not only its business, but the future it is building for Cambodia.
