Motto

Sunon Motto is a café chair designed for spaces that need charm, flexibility, and support. It is suited to dining areas, collaborative workspaces, public spaces, and busy canteen environments where furniture is often used and layouts may change. Crafted with a natural oak veneer, Motto combines a distinctive backrest design with practical handling features. The top of the backrest provides enveloping support, while the lower shape allows comfortable straddling. Easy-grip lifting, stackable storage, adjustable floor glides at a height of 30mm, and a nickel-plated protective coating help the chair address both comfort needs and day-to-day operational demands.

Back support for changing postures
Comfort in shared seating is rarely about one fixed posture. People recline, turn, pause between activities, or sit in a more casual way during meals and conversations. Motto uses a unique backrest design that provides enveloping support at the top while allowing for comfortable straddling at the bottom. Its flared top is also described as ensuring no discomfort when reclining. For a buyer, that points to a chair designed to stay accommodating as people move naturally instead of asking every user to sit in exactly the same way. In busy hospitality or shared environments, that kind of flexibility can make everyday seating feel more considered.
Practical details for busy canteens
In canteens and restaurant-style spaces, chairs need to keep up with regular cleaning and exposure to moisture. Motto is described as ideal for busy canteen environments that require frequent cleaning. It includes adjustable floor glides at a height of 30mm, and its nickel-plated surface coating forms a protective layer that helps prevent rust and moisture damage even in humid restaurant settings. Together, those details suggest a chair planned for active service conditions rather than occasional use. For buyers managing high-traffic spaces, that means the chair supports routine upkeep while also addressing concerns about wear in environments where damp conditions and repeated cleaning are part of normal operation.
Bag support, easy lifting, and storage
Shared spaces often ask a chair to do more than provide a seat. People need somewhere to place bags or coats, staff need to move chairs quickly, and storage space may be limited between uses. The Motto T-shaped backrest accommodates various bags, coats, and accessories and has been tested to withstand up to 10kg of weight without tipping over. The O-shaped hollow in the middle of the backrest allows easy lifting and gripping, while the stackable design maximizes storage space. For buyers, that combination speaks to everyday practicality: personal items can stay off the floor, handling is easier during resets, and storage becomes more manageable when space needs to be cleared.
Hollow Design, Easy to Grip
The O-shaped hollow in the middle of the backrest allows easy lifting and gripping, with softly curved inner edges. Its lightweight design enables flexible layout adjustments according to the needs of different settings, while stackable design maximizes storage space.
