In 2022, Sunon partnered with T-Hub to deliver its largest office furniture and workspace solution project in India. T-Hub, Hyderabad’s premier startup ecosystem, fosters collaboration among entrepreneurs, investors, corporations, government bodies, and academic institutions. T-Hub 2.0, with a total built-up area of 582,000 sq. ft., is now the world’s largest innovation campus, capable of accommodating over 4,000 companies across ten floors.

Following a nationwide design competition, the winning concept by Hyderabad-based Form Studios and Seoul-based Space Group was realized in partnership with Sunon’s Indian channel partner, Spica Modular Solutions, and KPC Projects Limited.

The office lobby was transformed into a welcoming and functional centerpiece using the Tetris modular sofa, décor, and amenities, creating a modern, work-friendly environment that conveys T-Hub’s brand identity from the moment visitors arrive.

In executive spaces, Sunon balanced luxury and productivity. The CEO’s office features the Aulenti executive desk system and Hip executive chair, combining style and ergonomics to support focused discussions and strategic decision-making. The boardroom includes Winger ergonomic chairs and a Sirius conference table, complementing the minimalist aesthetic while providing a professional setting for key business meetings.

Open-plan workstations embrace a collaborative yet private layout, supporting both team interaction and individual focus. Lipa desks and privacy screens add a splash of color and functionality, while Alien task chairs offer adaptive comfort for all-day use. Private cabins for managers are furnished with Lipa Cabin tables and Aveza chairs, blending practicality and elegance for meetings and operational planning.

Shared and lounge areas were designed to foster connectivity and creativity. Flower sofas and Chessy stools create informal meeting spots, while collaborative café zones with Jason high tables and Ducky stools accommodate flexible seating needs. High-performance areas with Up1 height-adjustable desks and ergonomic seating allow for focused work and impromptu discussions in both private and open spaces.

Through smart integration of modern office furniture, ergonomic design, and versatile workspace solutions, Sunon helped T-Hub create a dynamic, inclusive, and inspiring environment that supports innovation, collaboration, and productivity for startups and enterprises alike.
