Office Furniture Solution | Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Hyderabad | Hybrid Workspace

The Centre for Excellence for Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Startups (CIES) at T-Hub Hyderabad, established by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in collaboration with the state government, provides ideation laboratories, mentorship programs, and innovation labs. The facility spans 15,000 square feet and accommodates 200 seats, focusing on entrepreneurship and innovation skill development. CIES works closely with ecosystem partners, family offices, and corporate offices to incubate, accelerate, and support the growth of local enterprises.

Understanding that people behave and think differently in various settings, CIES was designed as an open, welcoming workspace with a mixed-layout design. Distinct zones were created for focused work, collaboration, and brainstorming. Open and flexible office layouts encourage casual communication, idea sharing, and “chance encounters,” while maximizing access to natural light to reduce fatigue and promote employee well-being. Ergonomic workstations support individual productivity, while Sunon’s D-Series soft seating and Flower modular sofas provide comfortable areas for informal meetings and collaborative interactions.

Open-plan offices often lack privacy, which can hinder productivity. CIES addresses this with semi-private work areas and Sunon D-Series modular couches, creating quiet zones for focused work. For hybrid meetings, calls, or small group discussions, N-Space pods provide acoustically optimized phone booths that offer both visual and aural privacy. These four- or six-person pods double as collaboration areas, supporting focused teamwork without interruptions.

Private offices remain essential for executives to maintain daily routines and productivity. For CIES, the Round Executive Office Series was selected, combining functionality and aesthetics. Crafted with a mix of leather and wood, these executive desks and seating solutions create an elegant, balanced environment for discussions, idea exchanges, and leadership decision-making, blending uprightness with rounded design for comfort and sophistication.
