Designed by Aedas and certified with LEED Gold, Heartland 66 is a landmark mixed-use complex located along Jinghan Avenue in Wuhan’s dynamic Qiaokou District. Covering a total area of 450,000 square meters, it integrates retail, office, and residential spaces, establishing itself as a vibrant hub for business and community life. To attract more enterprises and create an inspiring work environment, Sunon provided comprehensive furniture solutions for the project’s office complexes, known as the Sharing Center.

Guided by the vision of building an “inclusive and diverse community,” Sunon furnished the Sharing Center with colorful, contemporary office furniture that shapes an inviting and collaborative public atmosphere. The space supports a wide range of uses—meetings, talks, and social interactions—encouraging occupants to build connections, access resources, and broaden perspectives.

Taking advantage of the Sharing Center’s panoramic views, Sunon equipped staff areas with ergonomic desks and chairs, while integrating customized lounge seating, coffee tables, and casual chairs throughout corners, corridors, and window-side areas. This thoughtful arrangement allows occupants to seamlessly transition between focused work and moments of relaxation, enhancing both comfort and productivity.

To meet the diverse needs of different industries, Sunon outfitted each workstation with acoustic panels and minimalist storage solutions, creating a quiet, organized, and user-friendly environment. Meeting areas were designed with variety in mind—ranging from formal conference rooms to flexible training spaces, where reversible tabletops and stackable chairs offer easy adaptability.

Addressing the challenge of balancing openness with privacy, Sunon introduced tailor-made semi-open cubicles in different sizes. These provide spaces for focused tasks, virtual meetings, and private conversations, without disrupting the flow of the surrounding office.
